Paul is a National Director based in the Parramatta office in Western Sydney.  Paul has worked with Colliers International for over 20 years and has 30 years industry experience  across a range of property classes.

Paul specialises in the industrial and commercail  markets across broader North-Western Sydney with vast experience  in the  sale and leasing of existing facilities, development sites, subdivisions,  investments and the delivery of purpose built pre lease and turn key transactions.

Paul has an established portfolio of private, corporate and institutional clients and is highly recognised in the industry for  consistently maximising outcomes on both sale and lease transactions. His knowledge of the market, negotiation skills and competitive nature leads him to accelerate the success  for his highly valued clients. Paul has an unmatched transactional track record in North Western Sydney and specifically Norwest Business Park/Hills District, Blacktown LGA and surrounding precincts. 

Phillip has some 40 years of property experience in Western Sydney, with some 18 years at Colliers.

He consistently achieves outstanding results by working closely with clients, understanding requirements and via effective communication which enables informed decisions to be made.

With Phillip’s experience in the Western Sydney industrial market he has become a specialist in the sales and leasing of industrial assets for a range of private and institutional clients.

His successful transactions have covered all sectors of the market including; residential sales and developments, commercial & industrial sales and leasing, site sales and investment sales.

Matthew has over 24 years’ experience specialising in the sales and leasing of industrial / commercial properties across Western Sydney.  Over his career Matthew has completed hundreds of sales and leasing appointments – achieving some outstanding results for his Clients.

Matthew is highly regarded for his project management skills, high level of Client focus, and his comprehensive leasing and sales track record throughout Western Sydney.

Peter's real estate career spans four decades and he has been with Colliers for 28 years.

Peter's specialty during this time has been sale and leasing industrial property in Sydney’s West and South West focusing on established and emerging markets along the M4 and M7 corridors.

Over Peter's  time at Colliers he has taken on a variety of roles including establishing the Sydney South West office and being the Director in Charge of running the Sydney West and South West industrial business.

In Peter's current role as a National Director he has consistently delivered outstanding results for clients and become a trusted advisor to numerous groups on property related matters.
