Larry joined Colliers in 1980. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties (warehouse/distribution, assembly/ manufacturing, “flex” and research and development facilities) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Beyond this local market, Larry represents corporate clients throughout North America, and internationally with transactional, advisory and valuation services. Larry served as co-manager of Colliers International’s Industrial division in Philadelphia.
