He’s an expert in Design management, Procurement & Construction management. He brings greater insight into various disciplines that together affect a successful completion of a project. He is well conversant with the system and procedures of project management process and is actively involved in Building Due-Diligence as well. Saurabh has taken multiple responsibilities at various occasions to meet dynamic needs of the projects. He has also been actively involved in Implementation of Standards of Practice, Implementation Process Documents (Formats), verifying the financial terms, adherence to safety compliances and Quality Control Tools & Procedures at various stages of project.
