My role within the company is to provide an enhanced creative and analytical platform for Colliers’ brokerage associates, property and project managers and clients through the management of the company’s marketing and communications strategies.
I am responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy to position the company as South Carolina’s leader in the commercial real estate industry by driving innovative marketing concepts to further advance the goals of the company and our clients. I am also responsible for all media relations throughout South Carolina.
As a Client Services Coordinator at Colliers International | South Carolina, my role is to support the Retail Services Team with administrative and marketing tasks.
Additionally, as an IT Service Technician, I assist with information technology support and resources statewide.
I thrive with my organizational skills, being customer service-oriented and quickly learning and adapting to the fast-paced needs of clients and brokers.

As a Marketing Coordinator for Colliers | South Carolina, I develop high-quality marketing materials and execute top-notch property marketing strategies for the general commercial and land brokerage team in Columbia.
I ensure that our clients’ properties are effectively marketed including who is being targeted, how the information is getting in front of prospects and how the property is to staying at the forefront of prospects’ decision making.
My favorite part of the job is taking property information and organizing it into a beautiful, comprehensive design to stand out and effectively communicate with the target audience. The most rewarding part of my job is being able to use creative solutions to solve any problem and meet our clients’ goals.
I define success in my work like many in the marketing industry do: success is measured by the satisfaction of the client and by how effectively the predefined goals were met.
