Ned Frank is an Executive Vice President within the Industrial Advisory Group of Colliers in Chicago. He is responsible for representing corporations on their industrial real estate needs throughout North America with a focus in the Chicagoland area. Ned's expertise is within both lease and sale transactions including site selection, industrial development, zoning and entitlement, investment and capital procurement. This expertise helps companies to develop and execute real estate strategies that support their business goals.
Brendan Flanagan is an Associate with Colliers | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory Group. He specializes in representing local and institutional Tenants and Landlords in leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of industrial, flex and land properties in Illinois and Wisconsin. He focuses his efforts on North Cook County, Lake County and Southeast Wisconsin tenant representation while tracking current market trends. He continues to build his practice through innovative real estate strategies that allow his clients to achieve key business objectives. Brendan works alongside Executive Vice President, Ned Frank and Senior Vice President, Pat Hake.
Brendan is a graduate of Saint Louis University where he majored in business with a concentration in marketing. He is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brendan worked for a general contractor for four years in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In this role, he developed new business and utilized value-driven solutions for clients through a full range of services.
I am a client services coordinator with Colliers International | Chicago's Downtown Office Advisory group, working with the team led by Tony Karmin, principal. I also support Corby Marx, senior vice president; Chris Freeman, vice president; John Iglar, senior associate; and Joseph Stevens, associate.
My background includes 25 years of broad range real estate industry experience. I began my real estate career with then, LaSalle Partners, now JLL, working within Tenant Representation, then transitioning to Industrial Property Management with Cushman & Wakefield. Back at JLL, within their Capital Markets division, I marketed multiple US locations for a Top 10 Worldwide client. Next, I joined Grubb and Ellis, and worked on Industrial brokerage until their closure. Most recently, prior to joining Colliers | Chicago, I returned to JLL within Public Relations on the administrative side of the marketing team for a team of 10.
