Elisha Martin has been active in commercial real estate in Alaska for over 20 years.
Elisha is the broker and director of operations for asset services in Alaska. Elisha is highly skilled in all aspects of brokerage, including development, sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, tenant introduction to new markets, asset management and leasing. She has negotiated leases with such diverse tenants as Panda Express, Tesoro and Safeway as well as in properties throughout Alaska for clients such as Albertsons/Safeway, CFT/Panda Development, Seritage, Dimond Center Holdings and the State of Alaska. Unique to the Alaska market, she specializes in the retail, office and industrial markets.
Elisha’s background includes positions as broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc., a company that manages and leases more than 50 commercial and institutional projects of approximately 4 million square feet across Alaska. Previously, Elisha was general manager of the Dimond Center, Alaska’s largest retail and office complex at 728,000 square feet.
Elisha resides in Anchorage with her husband, Chad, and their two children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and outdoor activities. Memberships & Associations
Megan is well versed in both brokerage services and property management services. She has expterise in all regions of the state. While the majority of her property management and real estate transcations are in Anchorage, Megan is regularly in the Fairbanks area and Kenai Peninsula Borough. Her focuses lie primarily on retail, office, and industrial use. Megan has experience representing both landlords and tenants from national corporations to local businesses. Megan is a lifelong Alaskan with additional insight and history into all regions of the state.
Tyler has over seven years of experience as a Commercial Associate and Real Estate Manager in Alaska. Alaska's unique commercial real estate market allows Tyler to be knowledgeable in many aspects within the industry, providing constant growth and opportunity that she enjoys. As a licensed real estate agent, Tyler has much experience representing both tenants and landlords in leasing and sales transactions in office, retail, and industrial markets. Her knowledge of submarkets throughout Alaska is present in Tyler's ability to conduct market analysis and opinion of values for clients.
Tyler's commercial real estate career began in property management and her management portfolio has since grown to a mix of professional office complexes, retail centers and industrial facilities. She handles all aspects of property and facility management from securing service and maintenance contracts, tenant correspondence and financial reporting/annual budgeting to coordinating large-scale capital improvement projects.
