Gavin has over 25 years’ experience in the development industry and has a strong project management focus across various project types, with an emphasis on the financial and time delivery aspects.

Gavin is responsible for project management and cost control for a wide range of projects for developers including commercial, hospitality and retail projects.  Gavin focuses on building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent communication channels.

Kevin has over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom for private practices and contracting organisations. He has experience in many aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying including cost planning, measurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.

Kevin has worked on civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial projects in ‘client side’ quantity surveying roles and in commercial management roles for main contracting organisations.

Kevin's experience spans from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Administration and Dispute Resolution. His experience enables him to manage construction projects from inception through to completion, where he is able to delegate to the project team when necessary.  He is currently working on a number of Quantity Surveying projects.

In his time as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, Josh has excelled in the delivery of Retail, Residential and Student Accommodation projects. While working at Colliers International, Josh has delivered several successful retail projects and has reported for financial institutions on a number of developments across multiple asset classes. Josh is passionate about effective management of project stakeholders and the proactive management of project works to mitigate exposure to risks. Josh spent a decade training in a high-performance system at the Queensland Academy of Sport and we regularly see him demonstrate that he has brought the same dedication and work ethic to Project Management.
