Quinn leads Colliers Canada’s in-house marketing production studio, with a geographically distributed team of over 30; responsible for balancing the creative vision and objectives with running an efficient and effective team. Quinn's focus is on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the studio’s work management processes, service level agreement, marketing content databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
Previously Quinn played a key role in the strategic positioning of Colliers Vancouver as a knowledge and service leader through the development and implementation of key marketing and communications initiatives for three years. She contributed to Colliers’ success through the implementation of key programs that enhance Colliers’ ability to gain and maintain market share. Her areas of focus were marketing execution, communications, proposal development and management and lead a team of marketing professionals. She ensured that marketing programs are aligned with business goals and are consistent with Colliers’ core values.
Before that, Quinn was responsible for planning, managing, owning and driving the overall strategic direction for all digital marketing objectives and social media efforts for the Colliers brand in Canada for over five years. As well as managing the six key pillars of our digital platform: content creation, SEO optimization, promotion, conversion, analytics and site development, with the ultimate goal of delivering more leads and driving greater client engagement.
As a member of the Strategy and Pursuit team, I work with a talented, creative, and inspiring group of people to develop and execute marketing strategy.
In partnership with senior leaders and advisors, I build property marketing strategies, craft winning proposals for mid to large property and investment sales projects, and promote Colliers brokerage services on a national scale.
With Colliers since 2014, I collaborate closely with local Managing Directors to forge and promote strategic initiatives that support their client engagement plans for private capital market segments within their local markets.
As the Marketing Manager Industrial for Colliers Canada, Irene works with Industrial Team to provide strategic marketing services. In her role, she is focused on medium and large-scale property campaigns, new business proposals and pitches.
Irene has extensive experience in marketing and communications covering commercial real estate and retail sectors that have been acquired with Colliers International and Shell in Europe. Her areas of expertise include corporate PR, communication strategy, crisis management, project management, and digital marketing.
