Andrew has been an integral part of the Colliers International Office Leasing team for over 20 years and has worked with some of the nation’s biggest corporate, institutional and private clients.
He is considered a major transaction and pre-commitment specialist in Melbourne having been involved in an array of large scale building refurbishments and developments.
Part of Andrew's role also includes leading the successful Melbourne Office Leasing business.

Ben has been a long standing senior member of one of the most successful Office Leasing teams in Melbourne, with 2023 being his 19th year at Colliers International. Over this period he has represented some of the nation’s biggest institutional, private and corporate clients in the Melbourne CBD and city fringe markets.
He is recognised as a strategic thinker in developing and executing successful leasing strategies that ultimately delivers outstanding results for his clients.

Michael is Office Leasing Associate Director with Colliers International that specialises in the Melbourne CBD office market.
Since commencing with Colliers International in 2010 Michael has become proficient in all project phases from strategic input and advice into design / refurbishment scope, marketing and negotiation - all the way through to the execution of lease documentation.
Through his detailed market knowledge and negotiations skills, Michael's goal is to provide his clients with service excellence and achieve great outcomes that add value to their commercial assets.
Zak has worked as a leasing operative in Melbourne for the past ten (10) years and currently holds a position as a Director in the market leading Colliers International Melbourne CBD leasing team.
During this time Zak has proven to be one of Melbourne's most active brokerage agents in the industry, having concluded over 600 leasing transactions on behalf of his clients across new development and existing buildings in the Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank precincts to well known and reputable tenants.
Zak is an extremely motivated and highly strategic operative that understands the leasing process and tenant’s relocation drivers.
In 2021, Zak concluded a total of 73 leasing transactions in the Melbourne CBD and Docklands, of which 68% of these were unrepresented tenants ranging from 4,230sqm to 45sqm in size.

Adam has been a Melbourne CBD Office Leasing specialist with Colliers for the last 13 years and is Director in the Colliers Office Leasing business. In this time he has earned a reputation as a highly capable, professional and results focused agent.
Adam’s focus is on major asset leasing and re-positioning of commercial office buildings as well as repositioning of boutique office assets. He prides himself on delivering results on behalf of his clients and always strives to deliver service excellence.
During his career with Colliers, Adam has leased in excess of 500,000sqm. He has proven to be one of the most consistent high performing operators within the Colliers Australian business. Adam was awarded the 2017 Australian Office Agent of the Year by Dexus as their best leasing agent nationally.
Adam has been instrumental in some of Melbourne’s most significant repositioning and backfill leasing campaigns as well as precommitments on new developments. These include 35 Collins Street (30,000sqm on behalf of AMP Capital), 385 Bourke Street (16,000sqm on behalf of Dexus), 360 Collins Street (16,000sqm on behalf of Dexus), 664 Collins Street (25,500sqm new development on behalf of Mirvac) and 477 Collins Street (58,000sqm new Premium Grade development on behalf of Mirvac) and 101 Collins Street (releasing of 15,000sqm on behalf of AXA).
Milly is an expert negotiator within Colliers Melbourne CBD Office Leasing team. Milly has a very strong work ethic and has built an exceptional reputation in the market as she constantly strives to exceed all client expectations and provide the very highest level of client and customer service.
In Milly’s seven years at Colliers, she has been involved with 536 transactions across 104 buildings totalling 293,000 square metres on behalf of her clients across a range of different asset classes in the CBD and Docklands.
Milly’s diligence and proactive nature has seen her deliver exceptional results on a number of successful regeneration campaigns at 2 Lonsdale Street (20,000sqm) on behalf of ISPT, 385 Bourke Street (15,000sqm) on behalf of Dexus, Rialto (20,000sqm) on behalf of the Rialto Joint Venture and more recently 550 Bourke Street (15,000sqm) on behalf of The GPT Group.
In addition, Milly is an expert in the spec suites market having been involved in an array of successful suite campaigns across Rialto, 530 Collins Street & 550 Bourke Street.
Alissa has been a leasing operative for four years with a focus on <1,000sqm market. Alissa has a diverse client base comprising passionate privates and institutional landlords, she is flexible in her approach and tailors her strategies to suit the needs of her clients. Alissa is known for her attention to detail, effective communication and client relations as well as her problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking.
Specialising in small suites, Alissa has a clear understanding of the needs of small to medium business' and has been involved in numerous small suite strategy roll outs in Melbourne, advising on several successful speculative suite campaigns in the market.
Izabella is part of the CBD Office Leasing Team in Melbourne focusing on the sub 1,000sqm middle market across all building grades.
She has worked within the commercial property industry for 5 years gaining initial experience in Commercial Property Management, in which she had managed a strong portfolio consisting of a mix of asset classes including office, retail, industrial and motels. This strong foundation allowed her to seamlessly transition to an Agency role specialising in CBD office middle markets in which she has quickly become a trusted operator.
Skilled in Negotiation, Commercial Leasing, Management, Tenant Liaison, Transactions and Client Relations.
Izabella has attained a Certificate IV in Property Services whilst currently completing a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate / Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Major) at Deakin University.
I am the Senior Team Assistant for the Melbourne CBD Office Leasing team. My role encompasses administrative, financial and marketing support for the busy Melbourne Office Leasing team, where I work closely with senior agents.
Prior to pivoting my career towards the property industry, my background and experience was focussed on high level customer service and administration support for a small businesses where task prioritisation, organisation, attention to detail and time management skills were imperative allowing me to grow my administrative abilities ten fold.
Growing up in Regional Victoria, I am a friendly, outgoing and bubbly person and I am enjoying the transition to City Living.
