Kolbe has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for more than 40 years. In 1997, he opened Curtice Commercial Real Estate in Sugar Land where the fast-paced growth in Fort Bend County propelled him into a broad spectrum of real estate solutions. Kolbe merged CCRE with Colliers in the Houston office in 2010. Over the last 15+ years Kolbe has played a significant roll in developing Sugar Land and the Fort Bend County market. Kolbe specializes in office and retail sales, leasing and development. Prior to opening Curtice Commercial Real Estate, Kolbe spent 11 years with Weingarten Realty Investors where he handled leasing/asset management for shopping centers in Southeast and Central Texas.
Kolbe was a founder and organizer of Founders Bank in Sugar Land in 2007 and served as director until the bank merged with Vista Bank in 2011. He is also a founding member and past president of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors. Kolbe currently serves as an advisory director for the Fort Bend Business Journal.
Beth Young is a real estate advisor to health systems, private and institutional investors, and users of medical facilities. She specializes in dispositions, acquisitions, marketing, asset valuation, contract negotiations, and leases of medical and investment properties.
Prior to joining Colliers, Beth was Vice President of the Investment Services Group of the former Grubb & Ellis Company where she specialized in the sale of investment properties including office, medical, retail and industrial buildings, and was a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. From 1996 to 2002, she served as Vice President of Corporate Services for The Staubach Company, now JLL.
Beth has served in numerous executive positions on the Boards of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM, the National Board of the CCIM Institute, CREW, CoreNet Global, and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, she was the first female to be elected President of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM. In 2003, she was presented with the Presidents’ Cup Award, the international award for outstanding achievement and leadership by a chapter president. In 2003 and 2004 she was elected Regional Vice President of CCIM’s Region Four over Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
Beth is a Director of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and has served since 2011. She is the Chamber Liaison with the Texas Medical Center; and has been recognized and presented with many awards including the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year, President’s Key Supporter Award, the first Role Model Award and the Committee Chair Award. Beth is a Trustee and Assistant Secretary on the Harris County Hospital District Foundation Board and is Chairman of the Small Grants Committee. She has also served on the boards of the American Heart Association and the War Against Drugs. In addition to being an industry speaker at conferences, she regularly writes healthcare property articles that have been published by GlobeSt.com, Knowledge Leader, the Houston Medical Journal, Texas Real Estate Business, REDNews, Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine for the CCIM Institute, CREW White Papers, the Houston Chronicle, and the RCA Report for the National Association of Realtors.
Vaughan Ford joined Colliers in 2014. He began his real estate career in 1973 with Henry S. Miller Companies where he specialized in representing restaurants in their expansion plans. Over the past 46 years, Vaughan has consulted with many of Houston’s largest shopping center owners. Restaurant representation includes 20+ locations for Boston Market and 10 locations for Rudy’s Country Store BBQ Restaurant. As a retail investment specialist, Vaughan helps buyers and sellers maximize the value of retail properties whether single tenant or multi-tenant assets.
Kelly Hutchinson, Senior Associate at Colliers specializes in investment retail, land, and net lease properties in the Houston Metro area with a focus in the southeast Houston, Clear Lake / NASA and Galveston County areas, where she is recognized for her local market knowledge, transaction expertise and experience.
She leverages her competencies to assist individual owners, sellers, trusts and institutions in developing acquisition and exit strategies to maximize property value while overseeing all aspects of the transaction process
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Kelly joined Colliers in 2017 and prior to that was President of Commercial Houston Corporation, a Houston based brokerage she established in 1997 after returning to Houston from Southwest Florida where she worked in retail shopping center development and leasing in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida for Houston-based Heritage Development. Her real estate career began after college working as project coordinator for Houston office and retail center developers learning the business from the ground up.
With a 30-year, multi-disciplined background in commercial real estate, her background provides a diverse skill set that lays the foundation for effectiveness in assisting clients achieve their goals. She offers a wealth of transaction experience that includes a history of site selection and acquisition, land sales, investment property sales, tenant representation and leasing.
Sam Etskovitz is a Vice President and Co-Founder of the Car Wash Division within the Colliers Houston office. The Car Wash Division is a full-service national advisory firm helping clients buy, sell, grow, and strategically partner within the car wash industry. The team’s expertise in the car wash space offers buyers and sellers a client-first and consultative approach to brokerage. Sam’s vast knowledge of the current market coupled with his background in the real estate and financial services industries has proven to be beneficial in servicing his clients to ensure returns are maximized and needs are met.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sam worked at Marcus & Millichap where he founded the firm’s Houston car wash division. While at M&M, Sam led a team of car wash advisors to transact more than $100 million of car wash and NNN assets. Sam consistently ranked as a top-producing NNN advisor and has been featured in Carwash.com, Car Wash Magazine, Auto Laundry News, Petroplaza.com and many more.

Originally from Philadelphia, Sam is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Real Estate Finance.
Ben Etskovitz is a Vice President and Co-Founder of the car wash division within the Colliers Houston office. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben worked with a Texas-based commercial real estate developer where he oversaw acquisitions and dispositions on the principal side. During this time, he was directly responsible for business development and analyzing opportunities in emerging markets.
Prior to his career in real estate, he was an Operations Manager with the largest steel company in North America where he ran an operations team of more than 30 employees while managing relationships and selling activity with more than 60 key industrial suppliers. He also developed and executed effective bidding and pricing strategies that played an integral role in increasing the company’s ROI.
Ben is originally from Philadelphia, Penn., and is a graduate of The University of Arizona where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Communications.
Mason Rabel is an Associate and first added partner to the Car Wash Division at Colliers. The Colliers Car Wash Division is a full-service advisory group helping clients buy, sell, grow, and strategically partner within the car wash industry.
