Rick Argue has been an investment sales and mortgage financing specialist with Colliers International since 1991. Rick’s career in the real estate industry began in 1972 with Montreal Trust and then SunLife as a mortgage lender and, subsequently, as a mortgage broker and real estate broker with Highfi eld Mortgage and Investments and Montrose Mortgage Corporation in Edmonton. Prior to joining Colliers, Rick managed the office of Nova West Properties Inc. in Edmonton for fi ve years. Nova West was a real estate investor, broker and property manager of income producing property. Rick joined Colliers in 1991.

Tyler joined Colliers as a Data Associate Intern in April of 2015 and transitioned into a Sales Assistant role in September 2018. Today Tyler focuses on industrial leasing and sales in Greater Edmonton.

Chance’s drive and passion along with early exposure to high-profile projects helped him grasp industry knowledge at a rapid pace. His creativity, versatility, and attention to detail allow him to execute real estate strategies with clients with the utmost quality and service.
Chance received his business management degree with high distinction from Concordia University. He attended the university on a hockey scholarship and utilized his time-management skills to consistently be a Dean’s List student throughout his tenure. Currently, he is enrolled in an MBA program to further his entrepreneurial mindset and enhance his skillset.
