Ian Bradley has over thirty five years of experience in the office leasing business, leasing in excess of 8.5 million square feet. During his tenure at Colliers International Ian has dealt with a wide variety of companies as well as a range of tenant sizes. Rod Connop has been the leading producer within the industrial division of Colliers Edmonton office since 1996. Dan's career in Commercial Real Estate began in 2003. His experience in office leasing, industrial brokerage, facilities management, construction management, and development equip Dan with the necessary skills to deliver on his promise to develop an optimal real estate solution.
In 2003, Matthew acquired both his residential and commercial real estate licenses and joined the industrial team at Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd. as a commercial real estate Associate. He achieved substantial success early in his real estate career, concluding significant leasing and sales transactions of industrial properties and land. In 2007, Colliers International expanded their industrial division with the acquisition of Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd.
Matthew brings to Colliers International, seven years of commercial banking experience with TD Canada Trust while he lived in Toronto, Ontario, managing corporate accounts, foreign exchange, mortgages and mutual fund investments. In addition, Matthew possesses an extensive investigative background as a former investigator with the RCMP. His broad-based investigative experiences covered homicides, proceeds of crime, the illicit drug trade, money laundering, mortgage fraud and VIP Protective Services for dignitaries such as; the Prime Minister of Canada, Governor General of Canada, and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
He shows a strong desire to win, "The Business" combined with nurturing and maintaining strong relationships, continues to provide Mike with great rewards.
Ryley joined Colliers in February of 2017, specializing in industrial leasing and sales in the Edmonton and greater area market. He prides himself in taking his client's business to the next level.
Growing up in a business environment, Ryley learned from a young age the importance of making strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure that their expectations were exceeded. Graduating from the Colliers Acceleration program, Ryley has successfully negotiated and completed contracts with many high-profile clients across the Edmonton. Utilizing his knowledge of contract negotiation, Ryley works closely with clients to understand their business needs in order to make informed real estate decisions that will be of the greatest benefit to his clients.
Whilst attending the University of Alberta, he played 5 consecutive seasons with the Golden Bears Football team. Ryley completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and spent the next year in the Acceleration Program, he was guided by experienced mentors and coaches from all over North America. Now as an Associate, Ryley provides next level marketing strategies through professional videography, and cutting edge drone technology.
Rick Argue has been an investment sales and mortgage financing specialist with Colliers International since 1991. Rick has been recognized as a “Top Producer” by Colliers and is a Vice President of the firm. As a founding member of the Colliers National investment Services team since January , 2010 Rick has participated in sales transactions totalling more than $1.0 Billion including Industrial, office, retail properties and development land.
Rick’s career in the real estate industry began in 1972 with Montreal Trust and then SunLife as a mortgage lender and, subsequently, as a mortgage broker and real estate broker with Highfi eld Mortgage and Investments and Montrose Mortgage Corporation in Edmonton. Prior to joining Colliers, Rick managed the offi ce of Nova West Properties Inc. in Edmonton for fi ve years. Nova West was a real estate investor, broker and property manager of income producing property. Rick joined Colliers in 1991.
Conor provides professional real estate services for a wide range of businesses with various needs within the Greater Edmonton market, with a specialization in the industrial real estate sector. He works with tenants and owners in leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate. His professional background includes industrial construction and customer service experience in Edmonton and Calgary. His industrial knowledge and strong customer service background have helped him develop excellent communication, networking and client relationship skills. Conor is dedicated to build his portfolio off of hard work, solid customer relationships and referrals.
Tyler is a recent graduate from the University of Alberta, majoring in international business. After joining Colliers as a Data Associate Intern in April of 2015 he has become proficient with CRM+ and gained a unique perspective on Edmontons' commercial real estate by canvassing industrial and office properties.
Tyler now functions as a licensed sales assistant enrolled in the Acceleration Advisor Development Program under Mr. John Fredrickson.
