Tim launched PRDnationwide in Victoria in 1999, a market-leading residential property business. In 2006, the business was acquired and merge to become Colliers Residential Victoria in partnership with fellow Director Brett Griffith.
In his role as Managing Director over the past two decades, Tim has developed an unmatched level of knowledge and experience, enabling him to build the most successful and highest performing team in the residential sector.
Tim is dedicated to delivering industry-leading service and solutions across Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Site Sales, Research and Strategic Advisory.
Under Tim’s leadership, the business has represented hundreds of large private companies, publicly listed companies, government departments and institutions.
Tim is responsible for driving more than $20billion worth of apartment sales, he has guided his team with their involvement in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and built Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.

Brett commenced with Colliers in 1998, before joining forces with Managing Director Tim Storey in 2006 to build the market-leading Colliers Residential Victoria business.
As a Director of the business for the past 23 years, Brett has worked across all aspects of residential property including Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.
He has established a long list of loyal developer clients who continue to rely on his strategic advice and expertise, including Cbus Property, CEL Australian, LAS Group, ICD Property, 3L Alliance, Riverlee and many more.
During Brett’s time as Director and under his leadership, the business has sold more than $20billion worth of apartments, been involved in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and established Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.

Megan joined Colliers in 2016 and is now National Director, Operations working alongside the Residential leadership team. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan and drive national initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and success of Colliers Residential Australia.
An integral part of the business, working across Build To Sell, Build To Rent and Development Site Sales, Megans experience spans across business and people operations, and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne and Shanghai, as well as the establishment of Colliers Residential Build to Rent Platform.
Aside from driving business growth from a strategic level, Megan has shown her diversity of skills working with our leading project marketing team to execute the sales and marketing strategies across Melbourne's best Residential projects.

Zoe joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006 as Receptionist, soon after she was promoted to Executive Assistant to key Directors Tim Storey & Brett Griffith, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business.
Zoe became a Director in 2014 after establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the team and a leader within the Project Marketing division. With more than 15 years’ experience, Zoe has had direct involvement in over 20 Projects equating to approximately $7billion in property sales.
Aside from her impressive sales results, Zoe has made a significant contribution to innovation within the business, having driven numerous technological advancements that streamline sales processes and drive apartment sales for developer clients.
Zoe is known for her tenacity, work ethic and drive to produce positive outcomes under all market conditions for clients and has been awarded numerous accolades over the years as a result.

Salihah joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018 specialising in Project Marketing. As a senior member of the team, she is responsible for the provision of strategic advice to developer clients on all aspects of Project sales and marketing from conception to completion.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Salihah held a Sales and Marketing role at Property Development Company, Gamuda. Over the past 8 years she has built an in-depth level of knowledge on the Melbourne property market.
Salihah has led sales and marketing campaigns for some of Melbourne’s largest and most iconic developments, resulting in the sale of more than 1500 apartments. Some highlight Projects include Sapphire by the Gardens, UNO Melbourne, Queens Place and Seafarers.
Working across various sales channels, Salihah is an expert in the development and execution of Project marketing strategies including media planning, guiding creative execution and rollout of marketing collateral.
Salihah is known for her proactive approach to monitoring campaign performance and adapting strategies to reflect changes in market conditions and trends. She has outstanding analytical skills, impeccable organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Sam has engaged closely with the premium apartment market for over 15 years, initially as a qualified valuer and then as a lead advisor to major domestic and international developers, investors, consultants and financiers, having had significant advisory roles on some of Melbourne’s most complex and renowned residential developments.
This experience has led to the securing of a holistic perspective of the market, driven by an understanding of the economic, social and political factors influencing the performance of each building, and the ability to discuss the position of individual residences in the market from a bigger perspective than is common in the ‘real estate’ market.
Sam leads the residential team within the Colliers International Melbourne business, focusing on the marketing and sale of residences within the Melbourne prestige apartment market. With a desire to engage transparently with clients and assist their understanding of the market, he paves the way for greater communication, understanding and outcomes.
Nichole joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2021. In her role as Sales Manager, she is focused on selling off the plan apartments.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Nichole spent five years at Three Sixty Property Group and two years at Frasers Property, during this time she built an in-depth understanding of Melbourne apartment buyers and market influences.
With 9 years of experience in Project Marketing and Sales, Nichole has established a reputation for achieving outstanding results for her clients. She has made a significant contribution to the business in a short time.
Some of her career highlights include selling $30million worth of residences in Deepdene, one of Melbourne’s most prestigious pockets, achieving the apartment record price in Moonee Ponds and managing 370 sales in just 72 hours at the Avant development on A’Beckett Street.

Prior to commencing with Colliers, Yvonne worked in channel and retail sales, as well as land sales within the Residential property industry and has developed an in-depth knowledge of buyers and the property market over the past 7 years.
Yvonne has built strong relationships with her clients, buyers and partner agents within the industry. In her role with Colliers, she is responsible for selling off the plan apartments and providing her clients with expert advice on sales and marketing strategies to maximise their results.
Some of her career highlights include generating more than $180 million worth of apartment sales in the past 5 years and being acknowledged as a high performing member of the project marketing team.
Yvonne is committed to delivering the best possible results for her clients and guiding them to make informed strategic decisions. She is known as a dedicated and hardworking member of the Colliers Residential Victoria team.

Cyndi joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2015. In her role as Associate Director, she is focused on driving off the plan sales across our Projects.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Cyndi held the position of Sales Manager within a Partner Agency where she built a strong network of investors and buyers throughout China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. These enduring relationships enable Cyndi to sell over 100 off the plan apartments in a year.
With 10 years’ experience, Cyndi has developed a deep understanding of the Melbourne property market and the factors influencing investment from overseas buyers.
As a senior member of the sales team, Cyndi is able to share her knowledge and experience with her colleagues, providing hands-on coaching to junior sales staff.
A high achiever when it comes to sales results, Cyndi has sold an average of $60million worth of apartments each year. Some highlights of Cyndi’s include selling 30% of the apartments in Collins Arch and achieving a record result at 17 Spring St with an $8.25million sale.

Izzie joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2021 as a Sales Manager. Prior to commencing with Colliers, she worked with Partner Agent firm, Jinding, where she developed a detailed level of knowledge on a number of Melbourne’s most iconic projects.
Izzie has more than 7 years’ experience in the industry and throughout that time she has been involved in 60% of project sales across Melbourne’s CBD.
A natural leader, Izzie has provided guidance to her peers and driven more than 180 deals across Sydney and Melbourne. She leads by example, ranking in the top 10 sales consultants in Shanghai in her previous position 4 years in a row.
Izzie takes a clients and service first approach in everything she does. She has the skills and expertise to provide support and guidance to key clients, assisting with marketing and sales strategies and delivering exceptional results.
With outstanding cross-cultural interpersonal skills, Izzie is fluent in English and Mandarin. She employs her communication skills and her in-depth knowledge of buyer behaviour to drive sales with purchasers from all over the world.
