Freddie joined Colliers in January 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor. His first rotation was within the Valuation and Advisory Services department, where he undertook primarily secured lending, portfolio and accounts valuations. 

He now works as a Surveyor in the National Office Agency and Development team, where he provides advice across a range of leasing and development projects on behalf of both landlords and tenants. 

Freddie completed a Masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading in 2020. Prior to this, he graduated from the University of Edinburgh where he studied Politics. 

Olivia joined Colliers in August 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor after a short career in Architecture and Planning. She currently works within London head office in the National Offices team, undertaking both Landlord and Tenant work across the Southeast.

Some of Olivia’s clients include London and Scottish Property Investment Management, McLaren, Honda, Bupa, Vodafone and Santander.

Samuel Lewis is a Chartered Surveyor working within the South East Offices team at Colliers, specialising in office agency transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Samuel has advised on a variety of commercial transactions across numerous asset types, with a proven record of driving economic value through lease regears, acquisition and disposal matters and the development of commercial spaces.

Prior to joining Colliers, Samuel spent four years within the property & asset management team of a London based property consultancy working on behalf of various commercial entities.

In 2021, Samuel passed the assessment of professional competence to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
