Graham joined the Calgary Capital Markets Group in 2014, contributing a well-rounded background in leasing, asset and property management, market research, acquisitions and dispositions and debt underwriting. Graham is responsible for property underwriting, overseeing preparation of marketing materials and transaction management.

Foothills II Portfolio - The Calgary Capital Markets Group represented the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) in the sale of their 625,000 square foot Foothills II Industrial portfolio – among Calgary's largest industrial property sales of 2018 and year-to-date 2019. Achieved a benchmark valuation in the sale to an institutional purchaser.
- 1802 - Centre Avenue NE, Calgary - Calgary Capital Markets Group represented Kingsett Capital in the sale of this 220,000 square foot fully retrofitted and fully leased industrial property, achieving a market-setting valuation for our client.
- Currie Lands - The Calgary Capital Markets Group has worked closely with Canada Lands Company on the phased land sales on the 195 Acre, master-planned Currie lands, the most exciting and dynamic inner-city development opportunity in North America. To date, the Calgary Capital Markets Group has represented Canada Lands Company in the sales and listings of over 42 acres of residential and commercial land across five development phases.
- Bank of Nova Scotia Portfolio - The Calgary Capital Markets Group represented the Bank of Nova Scotia in the sale of a portfolio of fourteen bank branch properties across Western Canada. The team achieved benchmark valuations for the Bank of Nova Scotia in these sales to a selection of top-tier private and institutional owner and developer purchasers.
