Mike joins Colliers International with over 15 years corporate real estate advisory experience, most recently with a commercial tenant representation firm with national presence. Mike has a long-standing focus on user and tenant representation with particular expertise in office premises within the GTA West marketplace. A passionate and effective negotiator, Mike has a solid track record of assisting corporate clients with diverse real estate requirements locally and nationally, including international companies making their initial foray into the Canadian market. Successful projects include: lease relocations, lease extensions, lease restructuring, disposition of premises, early termination of leases, purchase acquisitions, consolidation of operations and build-to-suit development projects. Numerous assignments have included project sizes in excess of 50,000 SF of office space. With a proven track record of representing some of Canada’s largest companies in the insurance, engineering and tech sectors, Mike leverages the diverse services platform of Colliers International to the maximum benefit of his existing and prospective clients. Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University.
