A graduate from The Southport School, Marlon Crawford is Associate Director of the industrial division for Colliers on the Gold Coast.
He services all industrial assets (both selling and leasing) ranging from; land sub-divisions, freestanding buildings and strata-titled warehouses. In addition to this, Marlon also specialises in showroom leases and mixed-use site sales.
Marlon has also been involved in several successful commercial property projects, with key clients that he continually does business with.
In 2018, the Gold Coast office was recognised as The REIQ 2018 Queensland Commercial Agency of the Year, a prestigious award from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
To date, Marlon has personally negotiated over $115 million worth of commercial property and negotiated over $13 million worth of leasing value per annum.
Jacob joined the Colliers industrial team in 2021 on the back of two active and engaging years within the industry. During this period he settled over fifty sale and lease transactions, which, starting from scratch, is a remarkable achievement. This is testament to his positive approach and true desire to achieve the best possible result for his clients.
Developing and maintaining solid relationships has, and always will, remain at the forefront of his thinking, enabling him to become a top industry prospect. Jacob is dedicated and determined and ensures to bring this attitude to each and every transaction.
Since moving from the United Kingdom, Jacob has been able to build a large business network through his excellent communication skills and always being readily available.
He was strategically recruited and will have a clear focus on the Northern Gold Coast industrial markets, with the ability to assist on a wide range of assets including strata, freehold, development sites, projects and more.
A graduate from the Anglican Church Grammar School of Brisbane, Matthew joins the Colliers Gold Coast office as a Sales and Leasing Executive in the Industrial sector. Matthew will be working closely with Marlon Crawford and the Industrial team while he furthers his skills.
His core focus will be on Industrial sales and leasing throughout the Central and Southern districts of the Gold Coast Market.
Nick is a Director within the Industrial business at Colliers focused on the southern Brisbane markets encompassing the Logan Motorway and extending south along the M1 into Yatala. Nick prides himself on having an in-depth knowledge of all facets of the market and thrives on delivering outstanding results for his clients through sales of industrial investments, vacant possession sales, leasing along with englobo and developed industrial land sales.
David leads the Brisbane Industrial business at Colliers comprising of 12 staff. He is responsible for training and mentoring his team as well as selling and leasing industrial real estate in the QLD market. David’s detailed understanding of the industrial market allows him to provide value-add services and solutions to maximise the outcomes for his clients. He adds this value through investment sales, vacant possession sales, leasing, pre-leasing projects, tenant representation, and both estate and englobo land sales.
