I have 15+ years global experience in corporate real estate and property and asset management providing me with invaluable insight, knowledge and understanding of both the landlord and tenant's perspective. As a result, my client's beenfit from my ability to idenitfy value add whilst mitigating project risk.
Prior to joining Colliers I worked with Europe's leading investment trust, British Land, as well as several indepedant funds. I was also seconded to British Airways as part of CBRE's Global Corporate Services team and managed their global real estate portfolio and was instrumental in securing considerable cost savings across their leased portfolio.

Kevin is a Licenced Estate Agent based in the Melbourne CBD office of Colliers . He has over 30 years post qualification experience in all facets of commercial real estate work having specialied in Commercial Office Leasing and now Tenant Advisory in his 20 years at Colliers.
At Colliers, Kevin utilises his extensive property background and well developed project delivery skills in the analysis and formulation of strategy on behalf of clients leading to new property acquisitions, lease renewals and lease rationalisation.
Over the last 12 years Nick has practiced across numerous sectors of commercial property as a solicitor, negotiator, lecturer, and advisor. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise stemming from his career as a commercial property solicitor for a major national law firm. In this role, he specialized in commercial leasing, development and sales transactions which includes negotiation and client advisory.
Nick has worked on and completed three of the largest deals for the Queensland Tenant Advisory team by working with Urban Utilities for a 6,000sqm HQ requirement, securing a 5,000sqm site in Fortitude Valley and a 4,000sqm site in the Brisbane CBD for long term client IWG and working with Energy Queensland on their 25,000sqm requirement.
Justin is a corporate real estate professional, with international experience in Australian and Hong Kong real estate markets, specialising in tenant representation, real estate advisory and transaction management.
Justin has represented businesses with lease renewals, relocations, disposals, consolidations, negotiations, make good, lease surrender advice, buy side due dilligence and acquisitions. He has also advised clients on their corporate real estate strategies and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
Anthony is a Sydney CBD market expert and has a strong track record acting on behalf of occupiers to devise bespoke occupancy outcomes. He's advised on a number of highly complex pre-construction lease agreements for some of Australia's largest office and industrial occupiers. He also brings particular expertise acting on behalf of tenants through compulsory acquisitions and lease surrenders where the property has a higher and better use.
Anthony is an expert tactician and his key point of differnce is his understanding of real estate delivery methods and complex contracts.

With 5 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, Lizzie has amassed a diverse understanding of the Brisbane commercial office leasing market. She is highly skilled in lease negotiation, fitout planning & delivery, as well as asset development and management having excelled in her previous role as an executive for an award-winning integrated commercial property company.
Lizzie’s measured and skilful negotiation style has seen her be successful in assisting tenants across a diverse range of sectors, including government, not for profits, start-ups, agriculture and technology fields.
Hannah is an Associate Director in the Occupier Services Tenant Advisory team in Sydney. She is highly motivated and personable with an aptitude for building relationships, solving problems and creating client centric solutions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Hannah was a senior corporate lawyer at Clayton Utz and PwC where she spent almost 10 years advising listed and unlisted corporate clients on market leading mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings. Hannah’s extensive transactional experience uniquely positions her to be an engaged and trusted adviser who understands her client’s drivers and the broader commercial landscape.
