Results-driven Facility Manager, excelling in overseeing both facility operations and project work. Smit started his journey with Facilities Management from February 2022 but with Colliers Smit started at Helpesk in July 2022 and gradually moved into the Project Management Team in 3 weeks time for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).

Skilled in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives. A dedicated professional, driving successful project outcomes while ensuring Colliers remains at the forefront of excellence in both facilities management and project execution.

Ellis having been a Property & Facilities Manager in the team from 2021-2022. 

Ellis holds a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management, and brings 12 years' industry experience, specialising in pre-opening and re-branding hotels.

Keelan started at Colliers in early 2023 as a Property & Facilities Coordinator. With him he has brought theoretical knowledge specialising in business analysis, data and communication. Keelan is currently concluding his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property conjoint degree, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his role.
