Sean has been involved in real estate since 2003 when he began his career in construction working on high-end residential and commercial projects. He attended the University of Central Florida receiving a Bachelor’s in Real Estate Business, and Seminole State College earning an Associate’s in Architectural Design & Construction Technology. Originally joining Colliers as an analyst in 2011, Sean quickly grew his brokerage practice and by late 2012 began building out the private capital and Tier 2/3 student housing platform. Earning his Master’s in Real Estate in 2017 from the University of Central Florida, Sean is currently a Director for the Student Housing Group and has been involved in over a billion dollars of transactions since joining Colliers. By working on assets of all sizes and across Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets, Sean has a diverse client pool allowing him to successfully transact the most challenging of assets.
Jon specializes in translating his financial expertise and background into solid real estate advisement for his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jon worked as an investment analysts and wealth management advisor. He specialized in investments and acquisitions, also gaining experience with hedge funds.
Jon works with clients to create specialized strategies to fit their individual needs and negotiates terms that align with their financial and real estate goals.
Brianna joined Colliers as Marketing Coordinator for the National Student Housing Group and Central/West Florida Office Investments Team in February of 2021. In January 2022, she received her Florida Sales Associate license and was promoted to Marketing Specialist. Prior to Colliers, Brianna worked in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. Brianna holds her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications and Advertising from the University of South Florida.
Brianna’s specialties lie in designing high-end, impactful marketing collateral including pitch books, offering memorandums, national data/marketing reports, and more. Her additional responsibilities within the team include deal administration, listing management, coordinating e-mail communications, website development, team organization, maintaining their customer relationship platform, and implementing a successful social media strategy that increases her team’s reach and positions them as market knowledge leaders within the industry.
Mike Milano, CCIM, MAI, is a Managing Director and has been with Colliers for 20 years. Mike has sold retail properties throughout Florida, and is consistently a top producer having sold in excess of $2.0 billion since joining Colliers. Holding both a CCIM and MAI designation is a rare accomplishment and speaks to Mike’s skill as a professional. Mike oversees retail investment sales throughout Florida, providing acquisition and disposition services to institutional and private clients.
Mike specializes in the sale of credit anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers, enclosed malls, freestanding, net-leased retail and redevelopment properties. Mike has formed strategic alliances with mortgage brokers and lenders active in today’s market. This helps provide clients with access to both debt and equity.
Mike also has extensive experience assisting private clients, lending institutions and special servicers with disposition and workout solutions for challenging assets as well as performing and non-performing debt.
Paul is a 18-year capital markets veteran with substantial transaction experience in multiple product types. Over his career, Paul has been directly involved in sales totaling over $2.5 billion, which includes over 15 million square feet and $1.6 billion of office and industrial sales throughout Florida. Paul has spent the vast majority of his professional career representing both local and national private, institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and analysis of office and industrial investment properties.
Based in Tampa, Paul started his career with the real estate investment banking firm Northmarq Capital. Paul has specifically focused on investment sales since 2004 and has been a member of the capital markets group for a handful of prominent real estate companies, including Trammell Crow Company, CBRE, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and Cushman & Wakefield. Paul joined Colliers at the end of 2019 to focus on office investment sales up and down the West Coast of Florida.
Paul and his team have worked on numerous complex transactions outside of traditional investment sales, including sale leasebacks, redevelopment plays, and adaptive reuse transactions on a variety of property types.
Todd comes to Colliers with a wealth of knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit. During his successful real estate career, Todd has specialized in the execution of portfolio, single asset, and multi-tenant acquisitions and dispositions for institutional and private capital clients. His expertise is further augmented by the transaction management and advisory services he has provided to real estate owners, developers, and investors.
Prior to his arrival at Colliers, Todd was at Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa from 2013-2020, specializing in single and multi-tenant investment sales.
