Mathieu has been on the Leasing team for over two and a half years as financial and market intelligence analyst and Leasing Representative. He  is responsible for four industrial portfolios located primarily in the West Island, North and South Shores of Montreal.  He interacts directly with asset managers and has been successful in tackling some of the client's toughest challenges.

Simon has worked in the Landlord Representation team for over three years.   He started as the Leasing Operations Coordinator responsible for all market research , data communications and managed marketing initiatives for the web. He provided operations and leasing support to eight portfolios located in the greater Montreal area. He maintained these positions while obtaining his brokerage license, then added industrial leasing to his role.  He now functions as a Leasing Representative in addition to his operations responsibilities.  

Prior to joining Landmark Properties (now Colliers International), Simon served as a research analyst for Landmark Advisory Services (LAS), a separate tenant representative firm servicing national clients with real estate market intelligence. 

Commenced my Real Estate career working for Belcourt(developer), leasing their industrial, office and retail portfolios. Went on to working with Presud/Olympia & York in 3rd Party Management working on various portfolios  including but not limited to Caisse de  Dépôt, GE Capital, Standard Life, Manulife et al. , while  adding value to these portfolios in repositioning properties  in the regions throughout the Québec Province. Then moved on to First Pro Shopping Centers (Smart Centers)  leasing  the development Québec portfolio for the  Wal-Mart Power Centers across the province.   Later went on to obtaining my Real Estate Broker's License (leasing & acquisitions), working together with some dynamic leaders in the industry.
