Andy Cates’ primary focus is in representing corporations, landlords, and investors in the Memphis area. He has completed approximately 800 transactions involving more than 75 million square feet. Andy represents a multitude of clients, ranging from local business owners to large national corporations/owners. Cates' comprehensive knowledge of the Memphis industrial market has provided him with solid relationships with local and national owners resulting in successful transactions for his clients. Andy has served as a consultant for several large national owners including EastGroup Properties, Hillwood, Hollingsworth Capital Partners, Loeb Properties, Robert Pattillo Properties, ProLogis, and Panattoni.

Andy joined Colliers International in 1998; and in 2004, he received his SIOR designation. In 2005, Cates became partner and vice president of Colliers International | Memphis. In 2007, Andy became executive vice president of brokerage services, directing the efforts for all brokers in the Memphis Brokerage Services group. In 2013, Andy became CEO and president of the Memphis Brokerage Services group and currently serves as chairman.

Brad Murchison is vice president of corporate services with Colliers International | Memphis and has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate business.  During Brad’s career, he has completed over 275 transactions totaling nearly 25 million square feet and $230 million in transaction volume.  Brad specializes in providing real estate solutions for corporate clients and their national real estate portfolios.  His main duties consist of site location, lease analysis, lease negotiations, as well as acquisition and disposition of select assets.  Brad has been recognized as one of the top performers in the Memphis market since 2005.

Prior to joining Colliers International in October 2014, Brad began employment with CB Richard Ellis Memphis in May 2004 as an Associate in the East Memphis office.  During his tenure at CBRE, Brad’s responsibilities ranged from retail leasing and brokerage to leading the firms Industrial Asset Services team which consisted of the leasing and property management of a 16 million square foot portfolio.
