As Executive Vice President for retail services with Colliers, Brian Woods specializes in leasing regional shopping centers and representing national retail tenants throughout Arizona. A Phoenix native, Brian is a third-generation commercial real estate broker, following grandfather Don Woods and father Tommy Woods.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2003, Brian was an account executive for the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Club, with responsibility for season ticket sales, luxury suite sales and account management.
Brian and his wife Anna are the parents of son Bo and daughter Maisy. They attend Highlands Church in Scottsdale and are ardent supporters of the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), Compassion International, Hope & A Future, K-LOVE, and Brokers for Kids.
As a senior vice president for retail services with Colliers, Stan specializes in all aspects of retail brokerage. He has an established leadership background, with an executive tenure of more than 30 years.
Stan's areas of expertise include brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, development consulting, investment sales and services, commercial land acquisitions, and Hispanic retail markets. He has worked on multiple national, regional and local retail projects, with sizes well over 1 million square feet.
With extensive experience in retail markets, Stan has a unique ability to evaluate the needs of both landlords and tenants and develop strategies to ensure their business success. Applying his in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and strong business acumen, he is able to better understand today's diverse market and to identify his clients' retail business requirements and real estate search criteria.
As a former business owner, Arizona native and Latino, Stan possesses distinctive knowledge of the retail real estate industry, deep-rooted connections in the community, and a desire to promote positive economic and community growth.
Before joining Colliers, Stan was president and partner of one of Arizona's largest retail brokerage firms. As president, he managed well over 200 retail listings and aided in the execution of more than 3,000 lease transactions and more than 200 escrow closings.
As a vice president with the Arizona Retail Services Team with Colliers, Paul Holland specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties, land and retail property acquisition and disposition, and retail development. He represents both landlords and tenants and places great value in establishing long-term relationships with his clients.
Paul’s platform of services includes property sales, lease negotiations, lease renewal and renegotiation, tenant representation, site evaluation and selection, demographic and market analysis, space planning, and negotiation of tenant improvement allowances.
Working closely with landlords, he develops property leasing strategies that maximize operating income and minimize vacancies. To achieve his clients’ business and financial objectives, Paul carefully guides tenants through the process of identifying their requirements, site selection and lease negotiations.
As a skilled negotiator with in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, Paul is committed to helping clients make strategic real estate decisions for their businesses. Clients benefit from Paul’s more than 39 years of retail real estate experience.
Paul has specialized in retail properties since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 1983. His experience includes 14 years with Grubb & Ellis four years with Koll. In 1997, Paul joined Insignia/ESG, which was acquired by CBRE in 2003.
As vice president for retail services with Colliers, John (JK) Jackson specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties, representing landlords, tenants and investors. He has completed transactions on behalf of tenants and landlords for retail shopping centers, neighborhood centers and standalone properties.
JK has the proven ability to achieve results for clients through comprehensive market strategies, long-range planning, identifying opportunities to increase cash flow and developing solutions for excess vacancy. A consummate professional, he thoroughly analyzes the financial details of each transaction to ensure his clients' economic and business objectives are met. He carefully crafts leases to support growth, minimize risk and protect investments.
As an experienced leasing broker, JK brings a dynamic and innovative prospecting style to the table. He targets quality tenants that represent the least risk and complement the tenant mix of each property. He works diligently to match tenant requirements and available space to support location decisions. Through market research, demographics and traffic analysis, JK helps tenants make strategic decisions to support their long-term plans.
His experience spans 13 years as a commercial real estate agent in Greater Phoenix, focusing on retail properties. Prior to joining Colliers, he was an associate vice president with Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix, where he represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail properties and worked closely with development services to identify and sign tenants to new projects. Previously, JK was a senior associate with Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate, specializing in landlord and tenant representation.
As a senior associate with the Arizona Retail Services team with Colliers, Kristina works with John (JK) Jackson who collectively specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties, representing landlords, tenants, and investors. As a life-long resident in the valley, Kristina easily identifies key tenants for shopping centers and development projects by working directly with landlords and developers, managing projects from negotiation, marketing, and full-completion phases.
With her strong organizational skills, ease of communication style, notable charisma, and high level of ethical values, Kristina excels at building strong, trusted client relationships in business development and through strategic planning. She has a proven track record of consistently achieving results through her market knowledge and tenacious drive to go above and beyond for her clients.

Prior to Colliers, Kristina served as senior associate for Strategic Retail Group, which was acquired by Avison Young in 2019. In her time there, she provided highly effective, integrative client service and support and fostered a proactive, meaningful approach to business relationships.
Kristina developed her resiliency as she worked her way up from associate to senior associate in a short amount of time by exhibiting excellent collaborative and teamworking skills, immersed herself in commercial real estate research, compiling data and relating it to current deals in the market. With her ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, she learned to handle all aspects of transaction management from lead generation to negotiation and through deal closings.

He partners with his son Brian Woods. As a second generation commercial real estate broker, Tom previously partnered with his father Don Woods, who started in real estate in Phoenix in 1953. Landlords and tenants have entrusted Tom to handle their real estate needs for more than 45 years.

Prior to joining Colliers in 1982, Tom was vice president of Don Woods & Associates Commercial Brokerage Company, specializing in neighborhood shopping center development and leasing and sales of investment income property.
He and his wife Debbie have three sons and attend Bethany Bible Church. Tom also organizes a men’s Bible study at DC Ranch. He and Debbie support the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SAARC).
