Corey has been involved within the real-estate industry for over 14 years and has a primary focus on sub-5,000sqm assets. His passion lies in working closely with his clients in achieving the optimal results through excellent market knowledge and is renowned for his thorough negotiation skills.
Corey worked his way up through various roles which has provided him with a wealth of experience and a great understanding of all areas of property and an intimate knowledge of Melbourne’s property market. Displaying excellent leadership skills and love working in a team environment.
Corey commenced his real estate career in property management, covering various roles in his 9 years within his initial organisation. Ranging from portfolio management, business development management and department team leader, working alongside the department manager to oversee 15 staff across four offices.

Hugh Gilbert began his career in Office Services working both the Melbourne & Sydney markets before relocating to Melbourne and switching product lines to service the Melbourne West Industrial market with his first year commencing in 2018.
Hugh is analytically focused with a great portion of his time spent on collating and presenting data to insitutions and occupiers to assist them with strategy and decision making.
Hugh's focus is the 5,000sqm+ institutional market and in co-managing the Colliers North-West Industrial team of fourteen operators and support staff.
