Peter is a third generation Townsville resident with over 25 years experience in Commercial & Industrial real estate. He has gained his initial grounding in the industry with one of Townsville's oldest real estate firms and in November 1997 established the first real estate company in Townsville with an exclusive focus on the commercial and industrial property market. Peter then joined forces with Colliers International in 2004.
Peter is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people in commercial and industrial property in the Townsville region and respected for his professionalism, integrity and commitment to his clients, staff and community. Through a combination of high-level negotiation skills, intimate knowledge of regional property values and wide network of contacts, Peter delivers continual benefits to his clients and has been instrumental in closing some of the largest property deals in the city.
Amanda is an experienced property professional, having worked in the real estate industry since 2005.
Amanda has an uncompromised standard for service excellence, performance results and an eye for detail.
Amanda has a proven ability to communicate effectively with tenants at all levels, the capability to work with facilities personnel and contractors to achieve effective results and to have a thorough understanding of leases.
Amanda has managed portfolios consisting multi-storey office buildings, industrial, retail and commercial properties. Her client base includes major government organisations, large corporations and superfunds.
Starting out in Residential Property Management in 2012, Melanie joined the commercial property management team at Colliers International in 2018.
Melanie brings with her over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry with a passion for providing the highest standard of service for our clients.
Melanie originally hails from Melbourne and moved to North Queensland with her family, first basing herself on Magnetic Island in 2005 working in respective management roles both in the Childcare and Hospitality industries.
With excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, Melanie is able to effectively administer all aspects of her portfolio to a level of satisfaction that meets all expectations.
Kylie commenced real estate as an eighteen-year-old, in which time she evolved from receptionist to Licensee and Branch Manager, providing her with a variety of knowledge within the real-estate industry. This has assisted in an easy transition to Real Estate Management Services, with the desire to provide the best service and outcomes for both owners and clients.
Kylie believes the key to being a successful Real Estate Asset Manager is to uphold a professional and personal relationship with all clients and team members to achieve the highest level of service possible which assists with maintaining personal and job satisfaction and a healthy work life balance.
