Prior to joining Colliers, I have worked for CB Richard Ellis Phils. Inc as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Residential Services in 2005. In 2002, I was the Relocation Services Coordinator for Santa Fe Moving and Relocations in Manila. I also worked in Rockwell Land Corporation doing leasing and sales in year 2000.

Innah was originally hired as Listing Officer for Residential Department in Colliers Philippines on 2018. That same year, she was promoted to Client Services Associate to provide excellent assistance to Chevron Tenancy Management and Relocation Services. Year 2019, she was tasked to handle RAMS (Residential Asset Management Services) to provide good service to their clients, market and boost the services offered, client communications and inquiries.

She is also assisting the HOD with the business development on relocation services and/or other client pursuits as needed.

Rose is a Sales Associate for Residential department in Colliers Philippines Starting March 2019. Her role is to execute sales goals targets, and strategies set by the Sales Officer

During her early years in Colliers, she was in charge of general administrative – operations support for the department which includes billing preparation, collection of payments and necessary documents, management of files, requisition and purchase of office supplies, and logistics.

She was promoted to Administrative Officer on January 1, 2018. She is in-charge with the billing preparation, administrative tasks, assist Donato and Zarate on the preparation of application requirements of Accenture, Inc. and handles the tenancy management for the expatriates of Chevron account.

On March 2020, she was given a chance to contribute to the Department by being a Sales Associate who closes deals for their client.

With over 25 years of research and consultancy experience, Richard has been involved in various projects in Asia. He has been involved in various projects in Asia particularly the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. This has covered sectors from simple developments to large-scale mixed uses with office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and institutional land uses.

Richard has been involved in complex assignments that entail creative solutions. This would include brand conceptualization, destination development, land use spatial analysis and marketing strategies.
