My Team
Lyle is responsible for driving the culture, strategic leadership and ultimately growth of Colliers | Wisconsin and related companies. Lyle, along with the entire Colliers | Wisconsin leadership team, has created a diversified and integrated family of companies. This full-service platform aims to serve and support Colliers market leading brokerage and property management platforms.
Most of his career has been spent in the commercial real estate industry, working primarily as an office broker. Lyle has worked with some of the largest landlords and corporations in the region, helping advise on strategy and servicing their real estate needs. This experience has given him insight in the industry and valuable perspective on how to build a market leading brokerage and property management platform - particularly by leveraging technology, marketing, research and analytics.
Lyle has a great passion for people and a desire to serve. He views it as his role to help each person reach their potential and to help the company discover its purpose, both internally and externally through the community.
Ben is involved in all aspects of real estate advisory work but specifically focuses on office sales and leasing on a local, regional, national, and international level, with a primary focus on tenant representation and occupier services. Ben is a founding member of Colliers | Wisconsin’s Occupier Advisors Group and is one of the leaders in business development, active pursuits, and deal volume.
Throughout his career Ben has completed over 2,000,000 SF in transactions accounting for over $85,000,000.00 in deal value.
Through his involvement in various organizations and nonprofits he has built and continues to maintain many significant relationships with Milwaukee area business leaders.
Prior to joining Colliers | Wisconsin, Ben was an Associate Broker at Cresa Milwaukee starting in 2012, exclusively representing tenants. Ben has a background in finance and consumer behavior.
MacKenzie focuses on tenant representation and occupier services for the leasing of office space in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. This includes representing tenants with their office lease renewal, renegotiation, or relocation options. MacKenzie is continuously working to expand her real estate knowledge and business networks in order to best serve her clients and exceed expectations. Growing up in the Milwaukee area and later attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee has allowed MacKenzie to develop a thorough knowledge of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.
As a Transaction Manager at Colliers | Wisconsin, Nate provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for client portfolios on behalf of the Occupier Advisor Team. In his role, he coordinates with the team to prepare, recommend and implement a portfolio-wide transaction strategy. With an emphasis on understanding key financial and performance indicators, Nate is highly adept in compiling, modeling, and analyzing data. Utilizing technology and software solutions, he consistently communicates with all stakeholders, updating them on project progress. Additionally, Nate assists with lease and sale comparisons, demographic and client research, broker opinion of values, and Argus Enterprise modeling and analyzing.
Maggie is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in her role as head of Colliers | Wisconsin's Design and Analytics Group (DNA). Her core responsibilities include creating business development and marketing materials, overseeing the marketing, research and analytics platform, and providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to support advisors and clients.
Maggie has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Design and Analytics (DNA) team within Colliers | Wisconsin. Under her leadership, the DNA team has become a key resource for the company, providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients across the region. Maggie is committed to mentorship and is passionate about guiding and supporting members of the marketing and research team. Her leadership and mentorship have helped to foster a culture of excellence and growth within the department.
Additionally, Maggie has been a driving force in process innovation and implementation companywide, working closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflows, increase efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Maggie helped established a high school internship program in 2021 aimed at providing opportunities for young people to gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry. This initiative has been highly successful in exposing talented students to the industry and providing opportunities for these future professionals.
Overall, Maggie's leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving the success of Colliers | Wisconsin's Design and Analytics Group, and she continues to be a driving force in the company's ongoing growth and evolution statewide.
Scott Welsh has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1999, Scott became President of Inland Companies after acquiring the firm from his father Dennis Welsh, who founded the company in 1971.
Under Scott’s direction, the Colliers | Wisconsin office has grown to be one of the largest full service real estate companies in the State of Wisconsin, offering comprehensive real estate services such as brokerage, property management, construction, development and facilities maintenance, as well as representing owners and clients alike.
Doug Nysse brings over 20 years of project development, management and planning experience ranging from small tenant improvements to the development of large mixed use projects throughout the United States and internationally. He proactively shepherds projects from conception through completion and ongoing operations. His unique skillset includes creativity, accountability, diligence, respectful collaboration and humor.
Prior to joining Colliers | Wisconsin, Doug operated Arrival Partners, providing development, planning and advisory services for multiple concurrent real estate developments. He was also responsible for executing the strategic development plan for White Lodging including real estate acquisition, entitlements, pre-construction and site related approvals.
Doug has published numerous articles and spoken at national real estate development conferences. His passion for and knowledge of real estate development has made him an invaluable resource to partners and clients.
