Ryan Korth is a Senior Valuation Services Director in our Detroit office, focusing on real estate valuation and advisory services.  His experience involves real estate valuations in over 40 states, as well as international locations such as Europe, Asia, and Mexico.  Ryan has appraised all types of commercial and special use properties.  He has significant specialized experience in the valuation of healthcare related properties including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC's),  hospitals, surgery centers, and medical office buildings.  Among the numerous healthcare related assignments, many have involved the determination of Fair Market Rent for Stark Compliance purposes.  Additionally, Ryan has significant experience in the valuation of hospitality properties, and is a part of the hospitality team at Colliers, appraising hotels across the Midwest. Ryan has also been qualified as an expert witness and has testified in federal bankruptcy court in Wisconsin, and before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal  Board.  

Andrew (A.J.) Allen has 17+ years of real estate appraisal experience with a wide range of property types.  In addition to industrial, office, and retail properties (ranging from small single-tenant to regional shopping centers), A.J. has also focused on self-storage, apartment, cannabis-related real estate, gas station, and car wash valuations. He has completed the valuation of hundreds of multi-family (apartment) complexes and dozens of self-storage properties. 

William P. Fowler, MAI serves as Valuation Services Director for Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Prior to joining the Colliers team, Will gained extensive real estate experience by heading offices for regional and national companies.  Mr. Fowler has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuations on a wide array of local, regional and national investment properties, focused on properties throughout the Midwest including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.  His experience includes a wide array of owner-occupied, single and multi-tenant properties including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and special use properties.
