Chris Kirk is Managing Director of Colliers International in their newly expanded downtown Salt Lake City office. As an office specialist, he believes in the value of building long-term relationships. Close attention to client requirements is the foundation of his career in the commercial real estate industry. Chris earns the trust and confidence of his clients through hard work, dedication and effective performance. He is particularly interested in locating businesses new to the Utah market.
Chris is continuously recognized as a top producer broker. With nearly three decades of experience in the commercial real estate business, Chris brings real estate transactions to timely and successful completion. He knows the Utah office market, and he recognizes both the problems and the opportunities present at all points of the market cycle. Chris is an expert in the downtown market, defense, and life science sectors.
Chris is among a select group of commercial real estate agents who have achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
He is the past president of the Utah chapter and a current Trustee for the SIOR Foundation. He has also taught commercial real estate continuing education courses and was honored to be presenting the Utah Office Market Report at the 2019 National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) Commercial Real Estate Symposium.
A graduate of the University of Utah, Chris has studied in Europe. He is a global traveler and an avid outdoorsman. For over ten years Chris has organized an annual ski event for industry professionals and clients to gather from around the country, build relationships and ski Utah resorts. Chris draws on a wide range of experience to understand his clients and serve their commercial real estate interests. He and his wife Johanna enjoy living in Utah, where they are raising their twin teen daughters.

Galanis moved to Colliers International from CBRE where he was a top producing office broker in CBRE’s Southwest Region for 2016 & 2017. He is also the recipient of Utah’s CCIM 2018 Specialty Broker of the Year Award.
Galanis provides a strategic multi-disciplinary team approach to his clients, utilizing experts in workplace strategies, location and labor analytics, capital markets, debt and equity and project management. He is a member of SIOR, an elite group of 3,000 members worldwide. Galanis was the 2017 recipient of the award for the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Office Transaction within SIOR. Galanis is also a member of Colliers Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council (TAC), an 80-member group of elite office tenant rep brokers globally.
Travis is a commercial real estate agent and advisor at Colliers International, specializing in assisting companies with their real estate planning and execution. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups and include companies with real estate portfolios consisting of local, regional, national and international locations.
Travis integrates his experience, market knowledge, analytical skills, and a multitude of strategies to help his clients with reducing real estate costs and maximizing the use and value of their real estate. He works with his clients every step of the process to effectively and timely complete new leases, lease renewals/extensions, relocations, expansions, consolidations, headquarters requirements, subleases, lease buy-outs, property purchases, property/investment sales, sale leasebacks and joint venture partnerships. Travis views his clients as a long-term partnership built on trust, reliability, responsiveness and high-quality service. His efforts have resulted in millions of dollars in savings and capital generated for his clients.
Travis has been working in the real estate industry since 2009. Prior to his real estate career, Travis worked for Morgan Stanley. Outside the office, Travis enjoys golfing, boating, sports, camping and snowboarding/snow skiing. He is a seasoned traveler, having explored over 30 countries, including an epic trip around the globe in 2012. A Utah native, Travis enjoys volunteering and living close to family and friends where he and his wife Brittany are raising their two daughters Hannah & Charlie and their son Jack.
