Travis has been specialising in the Melbourne Fringe & Metropolitan office leasing markets over the past 15 years. Prior to that he worked as a commercial property manager which provided a solid platform to fully understand the fundamentals of commercial leasing. Travis currently leads our Metropolitan and Fringe team which consists of 12 operators, who have consistently been market leaders over the years. With expertise in large suburban office project developments, Travis is proficient in all project phases, from the initial design through to the final leasing. In addition to developments, Travis also focuses on major backfill options, together with sub-leasing and assigning of existing leases for significant corporate organisations.
Travis’s recent endeavours include involvement in the delivery of some of the Melbourne Fringe and Metropolitan’s largest commercial office developments, these include; 459 Church Street, Richmond (Salta Properties), 200 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne (Time & Place), 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra (Goldfields), 36 Wellington Street, Collingwood (Hines), 600 Church Street, Richmond (Bayley Stuart Capital), Nexus Corporate Park (Salta Properties), Botanicca Business Park (Investa & Opus), 68 Clarke Street, South Melbourne (Hickory) and Chadstone Office Development (Vicinity).
Over the last twenty years Rob has built an arguable and enviable reputation as the most dominant agent in the Melbourne Metropolitan office market, specialising in major project leasing and development sites.
Rob's unique perspective combines specialized experience and knowledge with a creative, solutions-driven approach to understanding and fulfilling his client needs. He has built strong relationships, delivered results and become a trusted advisor to some of the most prominent local and national investors and occupiers.
Since 2008 alone, Rob has sold $450 million in value of development sites and commercial investments and leased approximately 190,000sqm on behalf of Stockland, Australand, Investa, Goodman, Colonial First State Property and Salta Properties. In 2013 he assisted corporate clients with their accommodation needs including Pacific Brands, Country Road, The Good Guys, United Energy, Woolworths and GE.
Rob also leads a team of more than 30 professionals in the Colliers International Melbourne East business, offering a full range of specialist services including sales, leasing, valuations and property management in the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
I have been working in the commercial property industry since 2008. During this time I have specialised in the suburban office leasing market providing clients and tenants with 100% service to ensure all parties achieve a successful result.
My focus over the past five years at Colliers International has been building a strong network of clientele in the Melbourne Metro precinct both Institutional and Private landlord’s.
I continue to specialise in the leasing of office properties primarily in Richmond, South Yarra, East Melbourne, Camberwell Hawthorn, Kew, Box Hill, Mulgrave and Moorabbin with additional transactions taking place throughout Melbourne’s major office and business centres.
I have developed over this time, an in-depth understanding of the office leasing sector, allowing me to provide exceptional advice to clients and prospective tenants alike.
Following graduation from Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin began his career working in a boutique commercial and residential real estate agency on Dublin’s South Side.
Kevin relocated to Melbourne in 2011 to gain valuable international experience and focus on growing his real estate career. During Kevin’s two years at DTZ, Kevin worked on major office and retail transactions across Victoria and South Australia on behalf of the National Australia Bank.
In 2013, After a successful two years working exclusively with NAB, Kevin took the opportunity to move to Colliers International.
In Kevin's 8 years at Colliers international, he has worked with local, national and multi-national landlords and tenants across two product lines - Occupier Services and Office Leasing.
Clients include: QIC, Growthpoint Australia, ISPT, Charter Hall, Vicinity Centres, Scentre Group, Frasers, ESR, Glorious Sun, GE, MYOB, Little Projects, Fortis, Impact Investment Group
Following the completion of his university degree and working part-time as a Property Manager at Brookfield, Tom joined Colliers International in 2016 as part of the Graduate Program. Rotating through the CBD and East offices, he gained experienced throughout multiple divisions of the business. Tom joined the Metro Office Leasing team at the culmination of the program.
Tom is in the midst of forming an impressive assortment of both Institutional and Private clients and in his short time has established himself as the leading young agent in the Melbourne Metro market. Actively working in the sub 1,000sqm space, Tom has shown an eagerness to ensure client satisfaction is at the forefront of his actions.
In 2015 I commenced working as a leasing executive in Melbourne’s Metropolitan Market, with a focus on business parks in Melbourne’s Outer East.
I joined Colliers International Metro Office Leasing team in 2017, working as a Senior Leasing Executive in the Melbourne Metropolitan Market.
I graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business in 2012 and worked for Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank for 4 years in a variety of assessing and sales roles. My understanding of the market and commitment to superior service helps me continually exceed client expectations.

With over 11 years’ experience in the Real Estate sector, and a wealth of knowledge within the Office Leasing Market, he has a proven track record of providing clients with exceptional leasing results.
He is considered a major transaction and project leasing specialist in the city fringe having been involved in an array of large scale building refurbishments and developments.

Lachlan Has quickly establisehd himself as one of the pre-eminent leasing executives in the office leasing market, where he specialises in the city fringe market. His capacity to allign his strategies for landlords quickly with market trends has allowed him to be involved in the successful leasing campaigns of many of St Kilda Road's pre-eminent assets on the famous boulevard.
Furthermore, Lachlan's ability to ascertain a tenant's needs allows him to place them in the ideal tenancy with the minimal of fuss due to his knowledge of the needs that various bussiness come across from a fit-out perspective as well as the neccessary amenity.
Prior to this Lachlan graduated from Deakin University with distinction honours in two degress. Lachlan completed his studies at Deakin in 2019 with a Bacholor of Commerce and a Major in Finance and simultaneously completed a Bacheolor of Property and Real Estate.
Annabelle was initially selected to be part of the Graduate Program in 2020 and commenced with Colliers International as an undergraduate in the Metro Investment Services team. Annabelle is now working in the role of Executive, Office Leasing working in the Melbourne Fringe & Metropolitan Leasing Team with a focus in the sub 500m market and co-working space.
Annabelle graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (Sustainability). Annabelle has years of experience in various customer service roles, allowing her to provide the best possible service and outcome for clients.
