Priding herself on providing creative solutions for her clients, Kelsie works to contribute out-of-the-box thinking to ensure that no stones have been left unturned and her clients are getting all the options so they can make the best outcome possible.
Kelsie received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, studying Art History & Curatorial Studies. She utilized her studies in visual depictions to help the team provide the best visuals that are informative, easy to read, and aesthetically pleasing. Her studies focused heavily on research, a skill she now utilizes in market research, providing clients with the data they need to make important decisions.
Kelsie decided to continue her education in the real estate route on a graduate level and graduated with her Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED). Her studies in her masters program helped her optain a well-rounded education in real estate, covering topics such as real estate finance, land use law, and site planning. She is able to utilize this additional knowledge to act as a consultant to less experienced developers and with groups who have generations of experience, having a full-picture view of the entire process from site acquisition to due dilligence and on to leasing up the poroject and property management.
