Montserrat was responsable for the Opening of the new line of Business in the Hospitality Market; developing the Business Plan for the comercial team division in Mexico and Colombia. 
Her daily responsabilites were to desgin and coordiante Commercial Strategies, identifying issues, analyzing information and providing solutions to clients. 
 

Regional Manager (March 2018 - August 2021 )

Montserrat was responsable for Opening a New Region Market for atxk´s business, by adjusting strategies and achieving goals. She collaborated with internal teams and suppliers to evaulate costs against expected market Price points and estrcutrues to achieve profit targets. In charge of selecting potential Clients in other territories through careful market research.
