Vince has got over 11 years real estate experience in the Taiwan market. He started his real estate career as an appraiser/consultant and then moved on to being a successful broker within few years. As a certified real estate appraiser, he has sound knowledge of the real estate market and is capable to providing clients with good insight of the market.
Vince has accomplished several notable investment transactions including office buildings, industrial sites, retail/hotel assets, and development projects. He has accomplished dozens of transactions through public tender.
