A market professional who has more than 30 years of working experience on real estate market, leading Colliers Landlord Representation team, includes brokerage service for retail, hotel, industrial and office, consultant and contract management for Government OT project, and was head of sales department of local industrial developer.
Mr. Young has long records of office leasing, which leased more than one million square feet office space for multinationals, there was one leasing transaction that more than 400 thousand USD and which was not specified by the region, and even won the contract for the district for that client. Besides, Mr. Young assist multinational name brand retailer with positioning and select premises. With growing demands from the landlord, Mr. Young assist the landlord for built-to-suit projects for hotel and warehouse industry. Mr. Young also assist the government for OT project, from feasibility study, planning, acquiring investors and performance management for more than 7 years.
