Andy Huang

Andy has 20 years of professional experience in real estate. Before joining Colliers, at the beginning of his career, he served in the lending, valuation, trust, and related units of financial institutions. 

After that, Andy joined a prominent local real estate group and served as the department head and companyspokesperson. He assisted in establishing the agency, franchising, agency sales, construction, commercial brokerage, luxury housing, publishing, and other business entities' system and research. 

Andy has extensive real estate finance business experience and has assisted in the execution and financing of several landmark urban renewal projects. 

Since 2015, he has served as the head of Research in REPro, a commercial real estate firm. In addition to enhancing the visibility of the Taiwan market and assisting clients in obtaining key investment opportunities, he has also actively participated in various investment institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations, business associations, schoolsconsultation, and seminar activities for institutions to expand the scope of professional services and strive for various business opportunities.

He is one of the few industry opinion representatives who can cross the fields of real estate, commercial and financial markets, lead Taiwan's market information to international standards, and provide the most complete and in-depth data analysis.
