Alisa Lu is a Associate Director of Captial Markets, and plays an active role in providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to local investors, and end-users in all real estate sectors, escpecially in industrial and office product.
Since joining th ereal estate industry in 2004, she has regularly provided property market reports and customized research, including market sector reports and trend analysis, real estate strategic planning, investment/financial analysis, feasibility studies for development projects, and valuation reports for corporate and investor clients.
