About Me
Basak joined Colliers International in 2013. From mid 2012 until she joined Colliers, she worked as a General Manager at Akkom Gayrimenkul Yönetim A.Ş. managing 4 (four) commercial buildings, approximate total of 75,000 sqm.
In her corporate life, Başak worked as a Project Manager Procter & Gamble account at Jones Lang LaSalle for 2 years covering EMEA Region. Some of the countries she managed projects in are: Spain (additional new office space), Lebanon (office space reduction and return space to the landlords as pre-rented condition), Egypt (various office projects and capital budget), Kenya (office renovation), Pakistan (new office space), Poland (meeting room systems related capital projects).
Before this assignment, she was a Facilities Manager in the same account for almost 4 years, managing P&G (9,022 sqm) and Wella (710 sqm) headquarters. Also, functioned as a Middle East Hub Facilities Manager.
After she moved back from the US to Turkey, she worked as a structural design engineer at PROBİ, a leading structural design company in Istanbul.
Fresh graduate from NU, she worked at Walsh Construction, a leading Construction Company, in Chicago for 3 years as an Estimator and Site Engineer.
And before this, there was School Life. J

Doğa Plaza – Commercial Building Management, 4 office floors and 10 shops, 10,000 sq.m., started in Dec 2013.
