As a graduate International Real Estate with her prior experience in the architecture field, Natcha’s multi-disciplined background comprises spatial planning, real estate development, real estate economics, real estate market analysis as well as architectural design and planning, and project management. Thus, the mentioned background provides her the potential within the real estate industry.
Natcha is currently an Associate Director of Real Estate Solutions group, which includes the following business lines of Colliers International Thailand: Advisory, Valuation, and Project sales and Marketing
As Associate Director of Colliers International Thailand, Natcha is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and offering Colliers’s services accordingly. In addition, she also ensures that projects will meet clients’ satisfaction, including building and maintain strong relationship with clients.

Natcha has worked closely with clients and the team to provide the best within the Real Estate Solutions group to ensure that our services are straight foreword, reliable, logically analyze, well recommended, and meet our clients’ objectives. Not only the feasibility study report, She had done several projects in terms of property investment and advisory services such as Joint Venture deals, property acquiring/disposing transactions, and domestic and international investment liaise with regional and global Colliers.
