Bilal started his professional career as an analyst with Colliers-KSA and has since played a key role in conducting Market Assessments, Highest & Best Use Studies, Pricing Strategies, and Valuations throughout Saudi Arabia. 

Bilal contributed significantly to a number of mixed use developments and masterplans in its early conceptual stages where successful individually tailored advice was delivered to the client.

Bilal has also been extensively involved in the Real Estate Market Assessment and Investment Strategy with large governmental, semi governmental, financial institutions and private companies in Saudi Arabia.

Being detail oriented is a necessity, and Bilal's drive for perfection has been integral in delivering successfull advice to clients. He has also played a key role in improving deliverable quality and formulating their structure by carefully understanding market needs.
