Disposal of landmark real estate portfolio in Western Europe
Colliers successfully advised on the disposal of a large real estate portfolio predominantly located in Germany and owned by the Swiss company Züblin, one of the main players on the European commercial real estate market.

The sale of the portfolio, which included 12 assets valued at EUR 152 million, was successfully completed by Colliers. As a result, Züblin was able to dispose of its German assets in a rising market and concentrate on new, more promising projects.

Milestone, unique cross border transaction – purchase of 16.35% in CA IMMO 
Colliers served as the buy-side adviser in the acquisition of a 16.35% stake including 4 golden shares in Austrian real estate investment company CA IMMO. The total real estate portfolio value of CA IMMO amounts to US$ 4.5 billion. The CA IMMO transaction was the in which the majority stake in a global company was acquired by a Russian real estate investment firm. Colliers International acted alongside JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Ithuba Capital in advising O1 Group in the transaction.
