About Me
Vladimir Popovic started his career in our industry back in 2003 as a Junior Real Esate Consultant at Colliers International. After five years spent getting the basic of the real estate industry (2002-2007) he joined CB Richard Ellis since the company was established in Belgrade in February 2007 and had led the Belgrade Residential team of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm in terms of 2007/8 revenue.
By now he has extensive more than 20-year experience in the real estate industry, on both agency and developer side. For seven years as a Head of residential department in CB Richard Ellis, he was directly responsible for large number of key clients such as US Embassy, European Commission, Global Finance etc, involved in all major residential/business developments in Belgrade such as AirPort City (Africa Israel), Global Vozdovac (Global Finance), and many others.
From 2013 he was announced as a Managing Director of the Lenex Invest, local private equity investor and after a while he also became a minority partner (stakeholder). Soon after that he was offered by the president of the Tradeunique Europe to become a General Manager for Serbia and Montenegro, with the main role to develop the huge potential of the company.
After he finished his role with TQ, he has bought a 50% of West Properties, local real estate company with the main goal – to develop and make the company among the 3 top real estate companies in Serbia.
From 2022 West Properties becomes an affiliate member of Colliers International for Serbia.
