Background mostly focused on mix-use development activities in Lisbon, where I also assisted on the acquisition of core retail portfolios for local funds.

Participation worth hundreds of millions of euros in project financing, on acquisition, construction and refinancing at exit. This lead to a strong experience in the Portuguese development market, skilled in conversations with national banks (BCP, Abanca, Bankinter, Millenium BCP, Caixa Geral de Depositos, etc...), private companies and HNWI alike. 

Involved in three funds incorporations / acquisitions, in Portugal, with a total capital raised of c. €200M.
