About Me
Marta has been involved in the retail real estate market for over 14 years. Her experience includes advising on the development and implementation of lease strategies for various types of projects: shopping centers (e.g. Plac Unii City Shopping in Warsaw, Galeria Kazimierz in Krakow), mixed-use projects (e.g. Fabryka Norblina in Warsaw), retail parks ( e.g. PH Zielony Targówek in Warsaw), commercial space in office and residential buildings, commercial parts in PRS type buildings, as well as specialized projects such as a sports center.
In addition, Marta works with tenants in terms of implementing their development strategies, e.g. with Green Caffe Nero and Miele.
Marta's clients include e.g.: Invesco Real Estate, IREEF Fund, Capital Park, Atrium, Adgar Group, Credit Suisse Group, Catalyst Capital Fund.
Marta has joined Colliers International in June 2010 as an Assistant in Retail Agency. From that time Marta was promoted through Transaction Coordinator in 2011 and Associate position in 2012 to Senior Associate position at the beginning of 2015. Currently Marta is an Associate Director. During years Marta has developed her knowledge in all proccesess connected to Retail area and is responsible for the commercialization of retail commercial projects across Poland (positioning, development) and lease negotiations.

Education
Marta graduated Informatics and econometrics at the University of Zielona Góra and she also took a place in the Scholarship at the Universidade da Beira Interior in Portugal, Department of Economy and Management.
