Jan Barbasiewicz

Jan Barbasiewicz, Partner at Colliers International Poland is based in Warsaw. He joined Colliers in July 2013.

He has 17 years of professional experience, gained initially in Property Management and since 2006 in Industrial Brokerage and Advisory companies (Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Cuhman & Wakefield).

He advised to many international and national companies in leasing and site search services for over 1.000.000 square meters in following sectors: production (HILTI, Sauer-Danfoss, UPM Raflatac, Bombardier, RTP Company, Hi-P, Sonko), third party logistics (Arvato, C.H. Robinson, Raben, GEFCO, Logista, Universal Express, Hi Logistics, Pantos Logistics), e-commerce and electronics (LG Electronics, T-Mobile, Neonet, Media Expert, Hemmersbach), FMCG (Henkel, Merida, Specjal, RUCH, Farutex) and fashion (TK Maxx/TJ Maxx, Inditex, H&M, Shein). Jan's key markets are in Western Poland, with special attention to important and developing markets of Poznan and Wroclaw.

I have successfully advised in leasing of more than 1.000.000 square meters to local and international companies (tenants), especially in Western Poland region (Wroclaw, Poznan, Szczecin), but also in Central Poland. My competence was also advising industrial developers in their land search and leasing strategy.
