Grzegorz Paluch joined Colliers in 2006 as a Financial Analyst and in 2007 decided to move to  Industrial and Logistics Department where he holds the postion of Director. 

He has 15 years of professional expereice gained in Colliers International Poland and he specializes in tenant represenation in industrial sector. 

For the last years he has represented many international and national companies in leasing over 500 000 sq m in different sectors:  Renault,  Astellas Pharma,, ROCHE,  Asclepios, DSV Road, DSV Solutions,  LOXX,  Spedimex,  Ruch,  McCormick,  CAT LC,  PBS Connect,  UPC,  Jaguar Land Rover,  Greenyard (former Univeg),  DTW logistics,  Svendsen Sports,  Change Lingerie,  Katcon,  Westwing,  Jeronimo Martins Drogerie i Farmacja,  Topmall (Merlin.pl),  Barsan Global Logistics,  Empik,  Iglotex,  Carry, Faurecia,  Uhlman Pac-Systeme,  Omega - Pilzno.   

Fot the last 15 years he managed to conduct many successful  transactions of leasing industrial space. He has had a chance to  support  both big international brands as well as domestic, local companies. Grzegorz is fully dedicated to  global approach & local knowlegde.
