I am  Research Associate for the Advisory Services of Colliers International Philippines, involved in conducting quarterly residential market updates. I  support the team by providing market research activities to support the team’s efforts in developing Market studies, Feasibility studies, and Highest and Best Use Studies for the residential, retail, hotel, and commercial real estate sectors. I specializes in conducting market research on Luzon Provincial Market.
 

Prior to joining Colliers in 2019, I worked as a Premier Property Specialist in Ayala Land Premier. Where I  was involved in the Sales and Marketing of various Ayala Land Premier projects, particularly Arbor Lanes in Arca South, Parklinks North Tower in Parklinks Estate, and Park Estates in Alvierra.

After my short stint in Ayala Land Premier, I  moved to Jones Lang Lasalle where my  responsibilities include, client lead generation, secondary sales and leasing, project and asset management. I  was heavily involved in closing transactions with key brokers in upscale and luxury residential developments in Bonifacio Global City, Makati City, and Manila City.

As the Market Analyst, Jinelle is in charge of maintaining several databases of buildings and contacts used by consultants.  She supports the office services team in preparing presentations for clients. She gathers information for local research publications and internal use. She also responds to queries of clients regarding the office space listings. She produces high quality market research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients.

Last 2018, Jinelle handled RE-Connect database as a new platform of Colliers. She developed a database which all consultants used to automatically generate options report for their client’s requirements. Her work experiences have enabled her to harness her project management, research, and presentation skills

Meanwhile in January 2019, she was promoted from being a Market Analyst to a Negotiator for the Tenant Representation
