2. How has your experience as a student athlete/leader helped you transition to corporate?
My experience as a team captain of my track and field team helped me a lot in transitioning to the corporate world since I knew being part of the team in a corporate setting would also entail responsibilities and require soft skills such as being a team player. Going beyond expectations is also key.3. What are the 3 key features of the Philippine property market that make it attractive to investors?

4. What advice would you give to a student struggling to juggle time between academics and extra-curricular activities?
There is a time and place for everything. Have a to-do list and calendar to keep track of the things you have to prioritize for the week.
5. If you could take anyone to lunch (dead or alive), who would it be?
