Theresa Teodoro

Tim has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry in the Philippines.  She joined Colliers in January 2017 and brings with her a wide understanding of various real estate markets, planning and development, financial analysis, and deal structuring experience. 

Theresa “Tim” Teodoro is a Director from the Advisory Services Division of Colliers International Philippines.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2017, Tim worked as a Senior Business Development Manager in Rockwell Land Corporation for more than 4 years.  She was involved in the research, planning, deal structuring, bids and acquisition of properties for the company.  Her role also expanded to include project development responsibilities under the commercial business unit.

She was also part of a local real estate consultancy firm for 13 years and has extensive experience providing market research, feasibility studies and consultancy services. She eventually headed their Project Packaging Unit which involves offering properties for sale or joint venture as well as assisting clients with their development funding requirements.

Tim started her career in real estate with Landco Pacific Corporation, where she was part of the North Luzon Group that handled residential projects in Bulacan and Pampanga.  She eventually transferred to the Business Planning Department and provided market and feasibility studies for both the company and external clients.
