About Me
Paul joined Colliers as the head for Capital Markets and Investment Services in the Philippines. His mandate is to deliver success to our clients, to strengthen our position in the industry, and to drive the growth of our business through acquisition, ownership and disposition of real estate assets that will drive returns to our client’s portfolios.
Paul has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate development solutions, strategic acquisitions, deal structuring, financial modeling, and venture capital.
He is well regarded for his insight and expertise in the Philippines real estate industry. His clientele includes major real estate developers, multi-national companies and large local organizations.
His previous projects where he was the lead proponent on the development side includes horizontal and vertical residential housing, commercial real estate projects, industrial park development, hospitality and leisure-oriented development, and large mixed-use townships.
Paul has been involved in multiple mergers and acquisitions and joint venture structuring for organizations in the Philippines, Japan, Canada, Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States.
Education
Paul obtained a double degree in Economics and Management of Financial Institutions from the De La Salle University in 2001.
