About Me
Mara has over 7 years’ experience in the real estate industry in the Philippines. She joined the Office Services Team of Colliers Philippines in July 2016 and brings with her a wide understanding of various real estate markets, deal structuring, lease negotiations, and conceptualizing different marketing strategies.
Mara is a Senior Manager from the Office Services Team of Colliers Philippines, working under Landlord Representation.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, Mara worked as an Assistant Manager in Rockwell Land Corporation for more than 3 years, handling both office and retail leasing. Her experience in Rockwell has honed her skills in creating marketing presentations, forecasting, liaising with brokers and clients, site inspections of properties under the Rockwell portfolio, as well as contract and commercial lease term negotiations. She also had the opportunity to train and supervise her own team in Commercial Leasing.
