About Me
Lila is a Senior Manager for the Research and Advisory Division, responsible for conducting property market research and preparing highest and best use and feasibility studies covering different real estate sectors (residential, office, retail and leisure developments) and areas in the Philippines, with a special focus on the Metro Manila market.
Since joining Colliers in 2012 as an analyst, Lila has been involved in gathering, consolidating and ensuring the accuracy of data needed for quarterly market updates, highest & best land use studies and feasibility studies in Metro Manila and other provinces in Luzon and Visayas.
Lila was promoted to Senior Manager expanding her coverage and responsibilities within the Research and Advisory Services Department.
